Our candidates can expect that:

• Confidentiality and discretion will be exercised at all times.
  
• The search consultant will inform the candidate of all known aspects of the job and the organization prior to a first interview with the hiring organization.
  
• Resumes will not be sent to a hiring organization without a candidate’s approval.
  
• The search consultant will not contact references without the candidate’s knowledge nor do anything that might otherwise jeopardize the candidate’s present employment relationship.
  
• They will receive accurate information from the search consultant about the position, the organization and its current or past financial condition.
  
• They will be kept informed of the status of their candidacy on a timely and candid basis and will be promptly notified of the hiring organization’s decision.
  
• The search consultant will continue to communicate with the candidate for at least six months after joining the organization to ensure that any transition issues on either side are properly handled.
