Fee Structure

We have customized our retained search process specifically around our clients’ needs. We did so by creating “performance-based executive search.” This requires one-third of the service fee when we begin the search with the remainder due only upon successful completion.

Our service fee is calculated at one-third of the midpoint of the position’s mutually agreed-upon salary range. Since our fees are agreed to in advance, regardless of the candidate’s ultimate salary, there is no incentive for us to recommend those with higher salaries.

Our perspective is simple and straightforward: we give individual attention and top priority to each search until it is successfully completed.
