Phase Three - Client Interviews

The Sandler Group will coordinate all interviews and maintain constant communication with you and the candidates upon completion of their interview.  We provide valuable feedback to both parties. When finalists are invited back for additional meetings, we structure their return visit to provide an opportunity for the candidates to learn more about your organization, the position, your community, and other factors. This visit also provides you with a more comprehensive “second look” at the candidates. Our role is to assist you in making the best employment decision by applying all relevant data, our opinions and those of the references, and the candidate’s own feedback.
