Phase Four – Completion of Search

The Sandler Group remains active throughout this critical phase of the search process.  We stay in close contact with both you and our finalists to address any concerns. Our role is to help you understand the candidate’s expectations and to work with you to build a mutually attractive offer defining base salary, bonus structure, and any other pertinent issues that will be needed to close the deal.

Our job is to deliver your preferred candidate on terms that are acceptable to both parties. We will not extend an offer unless acceptance is guaranteed.

Even after the search is complete, we continue communicating with both you and the candidate to ensure a smooth entry into your organization.
